I want to order a class ring. Can I order it online?
For most of our schools, the answer is yes! You can go to www.HERFFJONESVA.com to design, create, and order your class ring. For a few of our schools, the administration has asked us to not allow online ordering. In those cases, please contact us directly to order your class ring. You can also order from the Herff Jones Rep when he comes to your school.

Can I still order my class ring?
Yes! Rings take approximately 8-10 weeks to produce. To order and make your selections, we recommend coming to our office in Powhatan. See the Class Ring area of our website for more information or email: missy@herffjones-va.com.

How much money do I need to place a ring order?
When you place your order, a $50 minimum deposit is required.

What If I transfer to another school or my year date of graduation changes?
Herff Jones will make a new ring for you, at no charge, in exchange for your original ring. Contact the Herff Jones office and we will assist you.

What happens if my finger changes size and my ring does not fit?
Herff Jones will resize your class ring free of charge for the life of your ring.

What happens if my Herff Jones class ring is stolen or lost?
Herff Jones offers an insurance program through the Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) that is good for six years (four years on rings ordered between July 1, 2002 - June 30, 2006) after the order date. This program allows you to pay a deductible at the time of the loss to have your class ring remade in the event that it is lost or stolen and is based on the quality of the ring. How will I determine my ring size?
Your Herff Jones Sales Representative will take special care to professionally size your finger for a proper fit. Your ring should be slightly snug as it passes over your knuckle. Do not allow room to grow; remember your Lifetime Warranty will cover any resizing.

How do I check the status of a ring repair?
Ring repairs take approximately 4 weeks. We will mail your ring to you when the repair is complete. If you have not heard from us after 4 weeks, please contact our office.
